Introduction

R:QBDataDirect is an R:BASE data export utility to generate output files for QuickBooks tables. Through R:QBDataDirect, you can map the R:BASE table columns to the QuickBooks tables columns so the data is inserted into the correct location. A WHERE Clause is supported to limit the data being transferred. The output formats IIF, CSV, and XLS are supported.

R:QBDataDirect allows you to define multiple table data transfers, called Tasks, into one operation to import data into multiple QuickBooks tables simultaneously. After defining the settings for a table data transfer in one task, an additional task can be created for any additional table transfer.

R:QBDataDirect also includes a feature to define all available data transfer parameters into a script file for command-line automated data extraction.

R:QBDataDirect ships with a executable program and a plugin file for seamless integration into your R:BASE application.

R:QBDataDirect is available for R:BASE 7.6 and Turbo V-8, and is supported for all QuickBooks 2008 and 2009 products.
